Sprint Store at 7291 Greenback Lane Ste 4, Citrus Heights, California.

We got the help we were looking for. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We had called several times to straighten out the bill and it was getting done but when we went in the store it only took a few minutes and it was done.

I've had Sprint forever.. And have gone to this store for all of our shopping and servies issues for at least 8 years. It's gone from an A Class in customer service with knowledgeable employees who actually loved helping us.. Now you walk into a cold and unwelcoming staff members. And the management is just as bad. I pay a lot of money for degraded service in ALL areas.. I do have to say that it's not pin pointed to just this one store but in other stores, other states, online live chats and even contacting using phone. I can go on and on with my years of experience with Sprint, I won't tho since it seems no changes are made except in, increasing billing charges, with decreasing performance...
