This is a decent place to get fit, just watch your accts. I have personally spent $240 in the last month alone. They apparently don't pay attention to what they are doing when they charge you your monthly and annual fees or when you downgrade/upgrade. Also, when confronting them with the discrepancies all you'll get is people that don't know what they are doing or what they are saying and when you ask to superiors you'll get pushed aside for hour long phone calls that obviously take precedence over an overcharged client. If I do not receive a phone call from someone who can address my issue appropriately I will call corporate to find out what my options are. Good luck everyone.
